Made with a bourbon mashbill of 55% corn, 30% rye and 15% barley, this is aged for five to six years in charred American oak barrels. The Alabama-style comes from the addition of apple juice, resulting in hints of apple and cinnamon.
70cl / 57.5% / Distillery Bottling – This 10-year-old Clynelish is part of Diageo’s 2023 Special Releases and was matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, and bottled at cask strength. This is a rich and elegant malt with aromas of caramel, vanilla pods and honeycomb, followed by its classic waxy character on the nose.
