70cl / 50% — This limited-edition single malt was aged in a color cask, a very dark style of sherry occasionally used to darken oloroso sherry. As more sherry lovers care about flavour rather than colour, this centuries-old tradition is slowly fading, which is why the Seattle distillery was able to acquire a cask from Bodegas Argüeso winery.
