The Copperworks team is based on the waterfront in downtown Seattle, where they approach whisky-making from a brewer’s perspective and distil in pot stills from Scotland. This exclusive single-cask expression was made from pale and caramelised malts, which reflect the style and flavours of a Scottish ale. Aromas of rum cake, black pepper and orange peel fill the nose, leading to notes of caramel, walnut and leather on the palate, with lingering black tea on the finish.
