70cl / 43% / Distillery Bottling – Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and Matusalem oloroso casks, this is a wonderful after-dinner whisky. It offers rich notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, marmalade, and sweet liquorice, all beautifully balanced by undertones of stewed fruits and toffee.

70cl / 49.8% / The Bottlers – A 1966 vintage Dalmore from Edinburgh based independent bottlers The Bottlers. Distilled in September, this was aged for 27 years before being bottled in May 1994 from a single cask at full strength.
