100cl / 40% – Chivas Regal has been in the whisky industry since 1801 and Ultis is its very first blended malt. A combination of five different single malts including, Allt-a-Bhainne, Braeval, Longmorn, Strathisla and Tormore.

75cl / 40% – A very rare bottle of Chivas blended Scotch bottled for the Queen’s Silver Jubilee in 1977.

70cl / 40% – This reposado is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, sourced from both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is aged for eight to 10 months in American whiskey barrels, which contribute to its notes of toffee, herbs, vanilla, and olives.

50cl / 58.2% / Elixir Distillers – A classic example of coastal Islay whisky, Cl10 has been released at around eight years of age. A silky-smooth buttery texture is combined with notes of zesty orange, sea spray and an underlying smokiness.

50cl / 55.4% / Elixir Distillers – Distilled in 2008, this characteristically fresh and green whisky has been darkened and deepened by an 18-month finishing period spent in ex-solera sherry butts. Thick, powerful peat smoke meets its match in rich stone-fruit sweetness against a backdrop of dark chocolate and charcoal bitterness. A beautiful thing.

70cl / 57.1% – A blended malt released as part of the Diageo Special Releases 2018 – only the second time a blended malt has made up part of the line up. Cladach means ‘coastline’ and the whisky runs with that theme, using only single malts made at coastal distilleries: Inchgower, Clynelish, Talisker, Oban, Caol…

75cl / 42.5% – Clyde May’s is an Alabama-style whiskey made in Kentucky. Made with a bourbon mashbill of 55% corn, 30% rye and 15% barley, this is aged for five to six years in charred American oak barrels. The Alabama-style comes from the addition of apple juice, resulting in hints of apple and cinnamon.

70cl / 57.5% / Distillery Bottling – This 10-year-old Clynelish is part of Diageo’s 2023 Special Releases and was matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, and bottled at cask strength. This is a rich and elegant malt with aromas of caramel, vanilla pods and honeycomb, followed by its classic waxy character on the nose.
