70cl / 40% – A 13-year-old blended malt from Chivas Regal, inspired by the Chivas brothers’ 13 King Street Emporium in Aberdeen and matured in oloroso sherry casks. Aromas of vanilla caramel and sweet red berries fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe pears, cinnamon, crisp almonds and peaches in syrup throughout the palate.
5cl / 40% – A miniature bottle of Chivas Regal Extra, a 2015 addition to the core range. This includes extra sherry-cask-matured whisky, resulting in a sweet and fruity blend.
100cl / 40% – Chivas Regal has been in the whisky industry since 1801 and Ultis is its very first blended malt. A combination of five different single malts including, Allt-a-Bhainne, Braeval, Longmorn, Strathisla and Tormore.
75cl / 40% – A very rare bottle of Chivas blended Scotch bottled for the Queen’s Silver Jubilee in 1977.
70cl / 40% – This reposado is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, sourced from both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is aged for eight to 10 months in American whiskey barrels, which contribute to its notes of toffee, herbs, vanilla, and olives.
50cl / 58.2% / Elixir Distillers – A classic example of coastal Islay whisky, Cl10 has been released at around eight years of age. A silky-smooth buttery texture is combined with notes of zesty orange, sea spray and an underlying smokiness.
70cl / 57.1% – A blended malt released as part of the Diageo Special Releases 2018 – only the second time a blended malt has made up part of the line up. Cladach means ‘coastline’ and the whisky runs with that theme, using only single malts made at coastal distilleries: Inchgower, Clynelish, Talisker, Oban, Caol…

70cl / 43.6% – A triple distilled blended Irish whiskey from Clonakilty’s Cask Finish Series, finished in port casks. Aromas of ripe peaches, lively citrus, creamy vanilla and delicate oak spice fill the nose, complimented by notes of cardamom, chilli, peach compote and orange zest on the palate.
70cl / 46% – This single pot still Irish whiskey was made from 100% cork grown barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and aged in bourbon and amontillado casks.
