75cl / 55.5% / Distillery Bottling – This single-cask release was distilled in the 1960s using peated malt, a process that Glen Garioch stopped in 1997 – the year this whisky was released.
70cl / 40% / Distillery Bottling – Glencadam Origin 1825 is was initially matured in American-white-oak bourbon barrels and then finished in oloroso-sherry butts. The result is a sweet, spicy and floral whisky with notes of bananas, pears and soft spice.

70cl / 49.8% / Signatory – A very special bottle of Ardbeg whisky. Distilled in 1967 and matured in a sherry cask for 30 years. This single cask release was limited to just 536 bottles when it was released 1997 and there are sure to be far fewer bottles in circulation now.
70cl / 56.3% / Distillery Bottling – A full strength Glengoyne 1994, bottled in 2007 after finishing in a single Manzanilla sherry cask. Manzanilla is a lighter, nuttier style of sherry than the hugely sweet, sticky Oloroso more often associated with sherry cask whiskies. This should be very interesting.

75cl / 64% / Distillery Bottling – A richly coloured whisky from Glendullan, selected by the distillery manager and originally given as a present to the friends and employees of the distillery. This one went out into the world in November 1989 and only a few remain undrunk.
