70cl / 58.3% / Distillery Bottling – One of two 2017 Bladnoch expressions produced after the distillery came under new ownership, this whisky was aged in a Canasta cream sherry cask and bottled for the Single Cask Collection.
5cl / 40% – A miniature bottle of Chivas Regal Extra, a 2015 addition to the core range. This includes extra sherry-cask-matured whisky, resulting in a sweet and fruity blend.
70cl / 40% – A 13-year-old blended malt from Chivas Regal, inspired by the Chivas brothers’ 13 King Street Emporium in Aberdeen and matured in oloroso sherry casks. Aromas of vanilla caramel and sweet red berries fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe pears, cinnamon, crisp almonds and peaches in syrup throughout the palate.
70cl / 40% / Gordon & MacPhail – This Glen Grant is a marriage of two sherry butts distilled in 1951 and bottled in November 2013 by Gordon & Macphail with the traditional old distillery label.
70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – Aged in oloroso sherry casks, this 15-year-old Tamdhu has aromas of apple pie, spiced currants and orange zest. The palate is full of juicy apricots, vibrant raspberries and bitter almonds, before a long finish full of malty biscuits and creamy sherry notes.
70cl / 43% / Distillery Bottling – Glenmorangie’s Lasanta is aged for 12 years, and is finished in a combination of oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and is said to mean ‘warmth and passion’ in Gaelic.
70cl / 40% / Gordon & MacPhail – Distilled on 4th February 1954, first fill sherry butt number 371 was laid down in the warehouses at Linkwood distillery. It was moved to Gordon & Macphail’s bonded warehouse in Elgin in 1968 and bottled on 24th November 2010 at the grand old age of 56.
70cl / 46% / Wilson & Morgan – A 1979 vintage Port Ellen released by independent bottlers Wilson & Morgan as part of their barrel selection series. This was aged for 23 years before being bottled in 2003, by which time the distillery had sadly long closed.
75cl / 43% / Gordon & MacPhail – An early 1970s bottling of Gordon & Macphail’s Avonside Glenlivet Highland single malt, matured in sherry casks for 33 years.
