70cl / 54.4% / Signatory – A 25 year old bottling of Rosebank from independent bottlers Signatory. Distilled in 1967 and bottled in 1993 at cask strength. Rosebank bottlings are becoming increasingly hard to find, due to the fact the distillery closed in 1993.

70cl / 62.3% / Distillery Bottling – The Rare Malts are a now-discontinued series of cask-strength releases designed by Diageo to showcase some of the hidden treasures in their portfolio. 70cl / 48.1% / Distillery Bottling – The second release of Rosebank single malt since the distillery was mothballed in 1993 was distilled in 1991 and matured in a small number of casks for more than 30 years, before being bottled in 2022. Aromas of lime zest, lemongrass, coriander seed, clove, vanilla and sugared almonds…

70cl / 51.2% / Gordon & MacPhail – In this spectacular Rosebank, fragrant gorse flower merge with lime zest and a hint of milk chocolate. The palate delivers honeycomb sweetness followed by guava, passionfruit and poached pear.

70cl / 55.3% / Distillery Bottling – The 2014 Special Release of Rosebank comes from the 1992 vintage and was some of the last whisky to be produced at the distillery which closed a year later. Aged exclusively in refill American oak, and is fruitier and sweeter than the 2011 release while also being more…

70cl / 49.5% / Elixir Distillers – The fifth release in Elixir Distillers’ Rosebank Roses series, Fascination is a 21-year-old single malt which, like the others in the collection, has been released to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
