70cl / 55.3% / Berry Bros & Rudd – The heavy duty spirit from Dailuaine works beautifully well when paired with sherry cask maturation and this release exceeds expectations. In the glass it showsrich notes of prune, medjool dates, stewed orchard fruit and Iberico ham.

This was distilled back in 1971, way before the signs of industry troubles that caused the distillery to closed appeared.
