Description
70cl / 45% – Made in the beautiful Yoichi distillery in Hokkaido, this lightly peated single malt from Nikka was aged for a minimum of 10 years in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry and new oak casks. Distilled by using traditional small direct-fired stills, the nose offers aromas of umami, light peat smoke and spices, followed by additional notes of rich dried fruits, oaky vanilla and tobacco on the palate.
