70cl / 45.8% / Douglas Laing – A dignified old single malt from one of the few family-owned distilleries left in the Scottish Highlands, bottled by Douglas Laing. After three decades in a refill hogshead this is a rich and chewy dram with notes of honey roasted nuts, warm cereals and subtle hints of anise and toffee.
