70cl / 50% / Hunter Laing – A 14-year-old Mortlach single cask release from the independent bottler Hunter Laing, as part of their Old Malt Cask line. Matured in a sherry hogshead, which provides a rich, fruity backdrop to Mortlach’s famously hefty spirit. Notes of fresh green apple, lemon zest, vanilla custard, dried fruit, malt, milk chocolate and a touch of oak dryness.
