100cl / 45% – As with all Jack Daniel’s whiskies, this is filtered through maple charcoal and matured in white oak barrels before the more unusual step of finishing in oloroso sherry casks. That extra maturation lends notes of mocha, raisins and subtle umami to a palate of red berries and brown sugar.
