37.5 cl / 45% — A collaboration between Reservoir Distillery and Ardent Craft Ales has brought this distilled IPA to life. This spirit, distilled from the beer, has been aged in virgin oak and ex-bourbon casks but hasn’t lost the bright, hoppy character of the original IPA.
The nose holds aromas of wildflowers, vanilla, oak and citrus, while the palate offers smooth notes of black tea, flowers and hops. The finish is long and lingering, with a gentle, peppery spiciness.
