75cl / 40% – A bottle of White Horse’s blended Scotch whisky from the 1980s. The makeup has changed over the years, but we’re hoping that there should still be a drop or two of Lagavulin in the mix.

70cl / 46% / Signatory – This beloved Orcadian malt offers excellent value. It was matured for ten years in a sherry cask and bottled by Signatory. This is an ideal table whisky for those who enjoy fruit balanced with gentle smoke.

70cl / 58% / Signatory – This is a complex and surprisingly dry Orcadian malt, finished in a first-fill pedro ximenez cask and bottled for The Whisky Exchange. Expect aromas of dates, maraschino cherries, buttercream and dried figs, on the nose.
