75cl / 48.3% – The 1792 12-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an annual release, aged for 12 years. Bottled at a higher ABV than the classic expression, it retains the brand’s signature rye-forward profile.
75cl / 50% – A spicy bourbon from 1792, made with a high-rye mash bill and bottled in bond. Aromas of milk chocolate, roasted coffee bean, foam banana sweeties and baking spices fill the nose. The palate offers notes of black pepper, creamy vanilla, cinnamon, caramel and baked apples that linger in the finish.

70cl / 65.7% / Simply Whisky – A 2016 Balcones American corn whiskey from Simply Whisky, matured for four years in a refill bourbon barrel before being bottled in December 2020.
70cl / 50% – Balcones introduced their 100% Rye Mashbill with Elbon Rye from Northwest Texas, and also includes crystal, chocolate and roasted rye. It is distilled in copper pot stills, which creates a full-bodied style of rye whiskey.
