70cl / 43% / Signatory – This light and fruity single malt from Strathmill was bottled in the early 1990s by independent bottler Signatory as part of the Scottish Wildlife series.

70cl / 58.3% / James Eadie – Matured exclusively in oloroso sherry casks, including a 23 month-long finish in a first-fill oloroso butt, this Strathmill is a rich and layered single malt. The single cask whisky was bottled by James Eadie and shows notes of dark chocolate, stone fruit, orange peel and runny honey.

70cl / 47.5% / Carn Mor – This seven-year-old Strathmill is lithe and full of flavour. It was matured in a single sherry butt and displays aromas of toffee and toasted cinnamon on the nose, complemented by dried walnut, apricot, marzipan and a dusting of nutmeg on the palate.

70cl / 52.4% / Distillery Bottling – This 25 year old Strathmill – the first appearance of the distillery in the Special Releases range – is the lightest in style of this year’s line-up. Aged in refill American oak, it’s sweet and creamy with the distillery’s trademark grassiness.

75cl / 40% / Distillery Bottling – A fine looking bottle of seldom seen whisky from Speyside’s Strathmill, a replica of that bottled in the 1940s and emblazoned with original’s price (12/6) and tax (8/5). This was bottled for Strathmill’s Centenary in 1991 and was given only to staff.

75cl / 43% / Distillery Bottling – A special embossed teardrop decanter of aged Strathmill, bottled for the distillery’s centenary in the early 1990s. Very rare to see an official bottling of Strathmill, this is a real collector’s item.

70cl / 43% – This is a peated variant of Toki, which weaves smoky notes through bright citrus and orchard fruit, white pepper and ginger. A blend of whiskies from Hakushu, Yamazaki and Chita, it builds on the light, refreshing character of Toki with a richer style.

70cl / 43% / Distillery Bottling – Toki is a blended whisky from Suntory’s three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. This is a round and sweet blend with a refreshing citrus character and a spicy finish.
