75cl / 40% / Distillery Bottling – An old bottling of Knockdhu at 12 years old, which we estimate dates from the 1980s. After this decade, the whisky from the distillery was rebranded at AnCnoc, to avoid confusion with nearby Knockando.

70cl / 48.8% / Hunter Laing – This 32-year-old single malt from Knockdhu distillery – also known by its brand name Ancnoc – was distilled in 1991 and aged in a single refill hogshead. You can expect delightfully fruity notes of pineapple, banana, and mango, with touches of white pepper and lemongrass.

70cl / 56.9% / Signatory – From the Signatory Cask Strength collection comes this Knockdhu 2008, aged in a second-fill oloroso sherry butt. Expect baked apricots, red liquorice and toasted walnut – with hints of cinnamon, fruitcake and cherry liqueur.

70cl / 58.8% / Berry Bros & Rudd – Produced at Knockdhu distillery, this nutty and round single malt, was selected by Berry Bros & Rudd. This whisky boasts a generous burst of peat smoke, intertwined with flavours of butterscotch, toasted hazelnut, milk chocolate and a hint of ground cinnamon.

70cl / 46% – Rich, full-flavoured Virginian bourbon bursting with notes of cocoa, vanilla, caramel and woody spice. Made from grain to bottle at Belmont Farms Distillery and bottled at a punchy 46% ABV, this would be ideal used in a classic bourbon cocktail.

70cl / 43% – The first Kopper Kettle bottling from Belmont Farms Distillery is a delicious sipping whiskey. Made with three types of grain, it is rested on Virginia white-oak and apple-wood chips for two months before being aged in oak barrels for four years.

50cl / 47% – From Chicago’s first distillery since Prohibition, this is produced from four types of grain – oat, malted barley, rye and wheat. Aged in heavily charred new Minnesotan oak, this is creamy and spicy.
