70cl / 48% – The jewel in the crown of the 2024 Tsukuriwake series, this single malt was matured exclusively in Mizunara casks, celebrating the distillery’s mastery over Japanese oak. A long maturation reveals its distinctive style, you can expect notes of incense, coconut and sandalwood, lifted by white peach, spiced oranges, and chocolate covered honeycomb.
