70cl / 45.2% – Californian Pinot Noir and American brandy casks contribute complex notes of plums, berries and spice to this finely tuned Kentucky Straight Bourbon. There’s also a little prickle of tannin on the palate that balances the sweeter notes and brings a welcome sense of structure.
