70cl / 57.4% / Wilson & Morgan – An impressive release of bottler Wilson & Morgan’s Westport blended malt, distilled in 2004 and initially matured in refill oloroso sherry butts, before being finished in first-fill oloroso sherry butts and bottled in 2022 at 18-years-old. Aromas of chestnuts, honey, oak and sherry soaked raisins fill the nose, followed by notes of peppery spice, cherries, strawberries, dried plums and toasted oak throughout the palate.
