70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – A 21-year-old single malt from Tomatin that has been matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of vanilla, coconut, caramel, baked apple, tart oranges and soft summer flowers fill the nose, complemented by notes of apple crumble, freshly-baked croissants, Manuka honey, ginger, clove and star anise throughout the palate.
