70cl / 54.9% / Douglas Laing – This is the final release in the Cheese Cellar Collection. The blended whisky was finished in white and purple Moscatel casks, resulting in a balance of sweet fruit, honeysuckle and delicate spice. On the nose, expect notes of fresh orchard fruit, toasted spices, hedgerow berries and hints of something savoury.
