70cl / 60.9% – The second release in this series of small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon. Bottled at 60.9% ABV for plenty of impact, with a bold character and cask-strength edge. Aged for six years, it’s rich and expressive, leaning into dark fruit, vanilla sweetness, buttery shortbread and toasted oak, before roast macadamia and chocolate on the finish.
