70cl / 59.2% – The third release in this series of small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon. Matured for 12 years and bottled at 59.4% ABV for plenty of impact, with a bold character and cask-strength edge. With that long maturation, the bourbon is expressive and deep, with notes of honey, flaky pastry, vanilla, honeysuckle, caramel, oak, pepper, chocolate and rye spice at the finish.
