70cl / 50% / Distillery Bottling – Batch 2 was produced using Maris Otter malt, which creates a complex and creamy character. Aged in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry, and new oak casks, you’ll find notes of buttercream sponge cake, vanilla custard, and baking spices.
