70cl / 46.1% / Duncan Taylor – This Strathclyde has been matured for over three decades, including a finish in a small sherry octave cask. The whisky shows dark chocolate, grape skins, marshmallow and freshly ground coffee. Creamy honeyed oak, gentle spice and white pepper add depth.
