70cl / 58% / Distillery Bottling – This is Batch 4 of Speyside distillery’s Fumare range which is made using peated malt and matured in ex-bourbon casks, giving a round and fruity character. There are coastal notes of sea air and brine on the palate, alongside green apple, mixed herbs and peat-smoke.
