50cl / 65.7% / That Boutique-y Whisky Company – This New Mexican single malt is made with a proportion of barley dried over burning mesquite wood, more commonly used in barbecuing and smoking meats. In the glass it shows lots of dried apples, woody spices and chewy toffee with some aromatic smoky notes tying everything together.
