70cl / 55.5% / Thompson Bros – An intriguing new offering of Royal Brackla single malt whisky from independent bottlers Thompson Bros, distilled in 2014 and aged for 12 years in a pair of ex-bourbon casks. This whisky gives notes of muscovado sugar, key lime pie, and pistachios on the nose, complemented by honey, almonds, and a healthy dose of oak on the palate.
