Part of Westland’s Outpost range, the first edition of Solum is an exploration of 100% local peat from Seattle and a rediscovery of one of the oldest styles of American whiskey. This single malt has notes of orchard fruit and chamomile tea on the nose, with vanilla and savoury smoke reminiscent of burnt ends.
