70cl / 46% / Wemyss – A bottling of a 13-year-old single grain whisky from Glasgow’s now-demolished Port Dundas distillery, this is a lush reminder of a lost Lowland whisky icon. Light vanilla and oak spice on the nose, with spring flowers, stewed apple, golden syrup and berries joining on the palate. A short finish, with a touch of bitter citrus follows.
