Port Charlotte 2005 / 20 Year Old / Port Cask #2303 / Whisky Show 2026 Islay Whisky

70cl / 52.9% / Distillery Bottling – This Whisky Show 2026 exclusive marks the first time Port Charlotte have ever released a single cask bottling outside the distillery and we couldn’t be happier to be the recipients. Matured for 20 years in a first-fill port cask, the sea air drier smoke characteristic of Port Charlotte intertwines with rich, jammy, vinous notes and deep spice, as two decades of gentle ageing round and layer the flavours for a magnificent whisky that’s informed, rather than dominated, by the cask’s influence.
