70cl / 57.1% / Watt Whisky – A 2012 Orkney single malt from indie bottler Watt Whisky, made at a mystery distillery and matured in a hogshead for eight years before being bottled in 2021. The palate offers notes of butterscotch, delicate peat smoke, coconut, vanilla and overripe bananas that linger in the finish.
