70cl / 49.4% / Thompson Bros – An exceptionally long-aged Old Rhosdhu whisky coming out of the Loch Lomond distillery. An authentically old school whisky, it was distilled in 1994, and matured for 32 years, including a two-year finish in a Madeira wine barrique. Showcasing the unique characteristics that can only come from long aging, there are aromas of rancio, oils, oak, and clay, with a rich oaky depth and savoury notes on the palate.
