70cl / 52% / Decadent Drinks – This single cask Raasay comes from indie bottler Decadent Drinks. An unpeated expression from the Hebridean distillery, this whisky was fermented using 100% champagne yeast and matured in a single first fill bourbon cask. This comes together to create a whisky bursting with aromas of oranges and lemons supported by coastal notes and vanilla, leading to flavours of orange marmalade, vanilla and coconut with a creamy, fatty mouthfeel.
