70cl / 50% – Made using the once near extinct heirloom Horton Rye, and distilled in the heart of New York City, Jaywalk Rye brings old school rye whiskey flavours to the modern age. This bottled in bond rye was aged for 7 years, before being bottled at 50% abv. Perfect both for mixing in cocktails or on its own. Expect classic flavours of rye spice, brown sugar, with a berry fruitiness.
