75cl / 57.2% – This American single malt comprises five types of whiskey made with eleven barley varieties, including a vintage English variety from the 1820s, and matured in a multitude of cask types. There are notes of red berries on the palate, hinting at ex-wine casks, with baked bread, cocoa powder and bergamot leading to a very gentle smoky finish.
