5cl / 48.5% / Distillery Bottling – A miniature of the sixth in Nc’nean’s Quiet Rebels series, each one of which celebrates a different member of the distillery team. This instalment is named in honour of the blender, Matthew Hastings and highlights the impact manzanilla sherry casks have on Nc’nean’s whisky, aided by ex-bourbon casks and a tiny proportion of oloroso sherry casks. Manzanilla brings a salty note, alongside moreish sweetness, tropical fruit and toasted hazelnuts.
