70cl / 45% – The sixth release in the Master Blender Collection draws on some of the oldest stocks in the Mount Gay warehouses. This small-batch blend of pot and column-still rums was aged for 20 years in ex-American whiskey barrels before finishing in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The use of PX casks – a first for Mount Gay – has imbued this elegant, mature rum with aromas of maraschino cherries, raisins and salted nuts.
