70cl / 57.7% – This blended malt from Mossburn was finished in ex-Barbados rum casks from the revered Foursquare distillery. This has imparted aromas of banana skins, toasted malt and hints of vanilla on the nose, leading to notes of allspice, green apple and caramel on the palate.
