70cl / 63.9% / Distillery Bottling – A cask-strength single cask release from Meikle Tòir (the peated offshoot of Glenallachie) that showcases legendary master distiller Billy Walker’s deep affinity with sherry casks. Matured in cask #11601, an oloroso hogshead, this plays the warmer, woodier character of mainland peat off against the lush influence of the sherry for a whisky that presents muscovado sugar, orange zest, mocha, baked fruit and spice, all wrapped up in Meikle Tòir’s campfire smoke.
