75cl / 45.5% – A core release from The Finger Lakes distillery, this is a rich bourbon with well-integrated rye spice. Aromas of grilled peach, buttered popcorn, toasted oak and vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of cinnamon, allspice, clove and menthol on the palate.
