70cl / 57.1% / Signatory – This is all about sticky dried fruit, spiced orange peel and toasted almonds over Mannochmore’s clean, fruity spirit. It was aged in first-fill Pedro Ximenez quarter casks and refill bourbon hogsheads, and bottled for Signatory’s wonderful 100 Proof series.
