70cl / 51.4% / Murray McDavid – This is a rare opportunity to taste a mature single malt from the now lost 18th century producer Linlithgow – also known as St Magdalene. Distilled in 1982, it was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in top quality cognac barrels, resulting in a hugely complex profile.
