This is a bold and intense expression, laden with butterscotch, caramel and maple syrup, deepened by notes of black treacle and sweet liquorice, warmed by clove and nutmeg around a fruity blackcurrant core and lifted by a thread of fresh mint for an exceptional example of Knob Creek’s bourbon at cask strength.
