70cl / 57.7% / Distillery Bottling – A small-batch eight-year-old Kilkerran single malt, released in early 2025, that was matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of elderflower, heather, vanilla and custard creams mingle with foamy banana sweets on the nose, complemented by notes of cocoa nibs, Iberico ham and earthy peat smoke, pineapple, coconut and digestive biscuits throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
