75cl / 50% – This Kentucky bourbon contains three heirloom corn varieties, including 25% ‘Bloody Butcher’ corn, 25% white corn and 25% blue corn. Malted rye is also used to provide a spicy and grassy character, with notes of leather, cherry, mown grass and demerara sugar on the palate.
