70cl / 46.4% / Distillery Bottling – This is an ongoing release from Isle of Raasay distillery, matured in first-fill rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak and first-fill red wine casks from Bordeaux. A lightly-peated character is married with rich dark fruit and notes honeycomb, lemon cheesecake and butterscotch.
